Practice Instructions – How to do the Tara sadhana (visualization, mantra, and meditation)

Schedule—
8:30 am – 12:00 pm
1:30 pm – 5:00 pm

Sessions will be in Nepali, Hindi & English.
Suitable for practitioners of all levels – beginners and advanced.
All sessions are encouraged but not compulsory.
