Join us for this 3-day immersion into meditation and foundational Vajrayāna Buddhist wisdom for the modern world. Teachings will be offered by renowned Buddhist scholar Lotsawa Punya Prasad Parajuli and meditation teacher Arun Poudel, who will guide participants through essential Vajrayāna wisdom and the modern, practical method of Anytime Anywhere Meditation.
Punya Sir will offer a clear, accessible introduction to Vajrayāna Buddhism, the “Diamond Vehicle.” This course is dedicated to demystifying its powerful practices, revealing the simple, profound logic for transforming ordinary life. He will introduce you to some of the core teachings and methods.
Arun Sir will guide you through Anytime Anywhere Meditation—a secular and highly effective method taught by Mingyur Rinpoche. This method is specifically designed for modern life, showing you how to integrate meditation into your busy daily routine without needing to find extra time, a special place, or a thought-free mind.

Lotsawa Punya Prasad Parajuli
,
drawn to spirituality since his youth, has dedicated most of his life to studying, practicing, teaching, and translating Buddhist philosophy. He has translated over 60 Sadhana texts and authored several books and articles, which have inspired numerous practitioners and scholars. He has served as a translator for eminent masters such as Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche, Mingyur Rinpoche, Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche, and Tsoknyi Rinpoche. He is a visiting professor of the US-based Carleton College’s Bodhgaya program.
Arun Poudel

a licensed teacher of “Anytime Anywhere Meditation” designed by Mingyur Rinpoche, began meditating as a teenager. Since 2017, Arun has been affiliated with Rinpoche’s teachings and currently leads “Joy of Living” meditation groups in Nepal. In addition, he teaches Buddhist philosophy at Lumbini Buddhist University and serves as the executive director of the Buddha Prakash Foundation, which aims to bring traditional Buddhist teachings and meditation practices to a broader audience
