In an era of constant digital engagement, rising expectations, and reduced quality family time, stress and emotional distance are increasingly affecting parent–child relationships, making mindful parenting the need of the hour.
This two-day programme focuses on understanding these challenges and moving towards more conscious, connected, and emotionally healthy parenting.

About the Facilitator—
Sunita Lama is a Mindfulness, Happiness, and Wellness Coach with extensive experience in mindfulness-based education and social-emotional learning (SEL). With a strong foundation in English language teaching and over a decade of international academic experience, she integrates the science of well-being with a deep understanding of human connection and learning.
She specialises in trauma-informed facilitation, somatic and art-based practices, and nervous system regulation, and she designs impactful programs for students, educators, and institutions. Currently, she serves as a Happiness and Wellness Coordinator at Inspiria Knowledge Campus, where she teaches courses on the Science of Happiness and leads The Wellness Club, fostering self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-care.
Sunita has collaborated with leading organizations and educational institutions across India and internationally, delivering workshops, retreats, and mindfulness-based interventions. Her work is rooted in empowering youth and educators through reflective practices, innovative curriculum design, and holistic well-being approaches.
