Joy of Living III: Retreat with Kunsang Palmo
Residential Retreat with senior Tergar Facilitator
(In collaboration with Tergar Nalanda Foundation)
In Joy of Living 3 retreat: Awakening the Heart, we will explore the practice of insight meditation. By bringing our beliefs and patterns into the light of awareness, we can see how they often blind us to the richness of our true nature. The wisdom that arises through insight meditation allows us to see our inner experience and the world more clearly. This leads to a sense of freedom, well being, and confidence rooted in awareness itself and available to us every moment.
Prerequisites
This retreat is open to those who have received the Joy of Living level I and II teachings and have completed 50 hours of meditation practice for each level, or those who have several years of meditation practice and would like to deepen their practice.
If you have any questions about whether you meet the prerequisites please write to kunsang@tergar.org
