With a strong foundation in English language teaching and over a decade of international academic experience, she integrates the science of well-being with a deep understanding of human connection and learning.\nShe specialises in trauma-informed facilitation, somatic and art-based practices, and nervous system regulation, and she designs impactful programs for students, educators, and institutions. Currently, she serves as a Happiness and Wellness Coordinator at Inspiria Knowledge Campus, where she teaches courses on the Science of Happiness and leads The Wellness Club, fostering self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and self-care.\nSunita has collaborated with leading organizations and educational institutions across India and internationally, delivering workshops, retreats, and mindfulness-based interventions.
