These practices are profound and have the potential to truly change our value systems and turn our minds towards the dharma – effectively making us suitable vessels for further teachings and practices that lead to enlightenment.\nA typical Ngöndro practice generally involves meditation on and contemplation of the truths of our existence, taking refuge, generating compassion and confidence, purification practices like Vajrasattva practice, accumulation of merit through mandala offering, and finally culminates in Guru Yoga where we uncover our original unconfused nature.\nThe retreat will cover all these sections through formal teachings, instructions, and instructor led practice sessions, while also leaving ample room to apply the teachings in personal practice. As the retreat progresses, teachings and guided sessions will reduce in number and the focus will shift to intense individual/ group practice.\nA typical day will have 4 sessions totalling eight hours of practice each day. Morning sessions will begin early in the morning and the last session will typically end at 8pm in the night.\nIt is important and advised to attend all sessions during the retreat.\nBy donation | Stay and Meals at Actuals\nFor queries, registration & accommodation, please email: info@buddhapada.in\n \n \n
