In trying to make sense of the world with its ten thousand joys and sorrows, she has found refuge in Buddha’s teachings. In her offerings, she weaves the nondual view of Buddhist philosophy and its practices with psychotherapeutic and expressive arts modalities, queer-feminist perspectives and eco-poetics. It brings her tremendous joy and satisfaction in co-creating a better world by sharing the light of wisdom & compassion so kindly shone to her by her teachers. In service of supporting healthier relationships that are steeped in love, care, trust and understanding, in 2020, she founded the project AS IT IS (https://www.asitis.org.in ( https://www.asitis.org.in/ )).\n13–19 September 2026\nOpen to all\nMaximum number of participants: 16\nRetreat is donation-based.Material contribution: Rs. 1000 per person (includes all materials for painting, ikebana & other exercises)\nRegistration form : https://forms.gle/58unfhkc4TUBbSf17  ( https://forms.gle/58unfhkc4TUBbSf17 )\nPlease contact us at info@buddhapada.in for details\n \n
