Merely having the text, hearing it recited, or meditating on its meaning brings blessings and spiritual realization, leading to effortless liberation.\nAuthor:\nLongchenpa (1308–1364), also known as Longchen Rabjam Drimé Özer, was one of the greatest scholars and yogis in the history of Tibetan Buddhism, particularly of the Nyingma school.\nLongchenpa authored more than 250 works, including influential masterpieces such as the Seven Treasuries (Dzö Dun) and the Trilogy of Natural Ease.
