Experience and embody awareness, love and compassion, and wisdom\nGuide: Arun Poudel (Licensed Anytime Anywhere Meditation teacher)\nArun began meditating in his teens, grounding himself in different Indian yoga traditions. After a transformative 10-day Theravada Vipassana retreat in 1996, his journey soon expanded into Mahayana teachings. Meeting Mingyur Rinpoche in 2017 marked the start of his formal Vajrayana training. Arun now leads Joy of Living meditation groups in Nepal and teaches Buddhist philosophy at Lumbini Buddhist University. He also leads the Buddha Prakash Foundation, promoting traditional Buddhist teachings and contemplative practices.
